i need some information about upgrading my phone

If you'd like information about upgrading your phone, our Sales team will be happy to discuss the options available on your account. You can contact them via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250.

If you're looking to upgrade yourself, you can follow the relevant steps below.

For a SIM Only upgrade:

1. From the dashboard, scroll down and tap "View all upgrade deals".
2. On the next page, select "SIM Only deals".
3. Scroll down and tap "Choose this plan" next to the plan you'd like.
4. Tap "Continue" and follow the on-screen instructions. A card verification will be required.
5. Once completed, tap "Place order".
6. You'll receive an order reference number confirming your upgrade.

For a handset upgrade:

1. From the dashboard, scroll down and tap "View all upgrade deals".
2. Scroll through the available options and tap "Choose this plan" next to the handset and tariff you'd like.
3. Tap "Continue" and follow the on-screen instructions. A card verification will be required.
4. Once completed, tap "Place order".
5. You'll receive an order reference number confirming your upgrade.
