i need to speak to someone about transfering my number

I want to switch my phone number on my sim only to my contract phone both with id mobile. Also then cancel my sim only after the switch. Can someone get back to me asap. Thanks

    I do apologize for any inconvenience caused to you with regards to the number switching, I am terribly sorry as the system does not allow us to port internally. You can however transfer from a different network to our network or transfer from our network to a different network. The only way to keep your number with iD mobile is to do an upgrade from your old contract which will convert to a new one keeping your old number.

    I have made a new contract with iD mobiles, I have orderd the physical Sim, did not yet provide PAC to keep my existing number.
    Currently using Vodafone
    Got my PAC now, how can i provide PAC to iD mobile to keep my existing number?
