You can follow the below to check your termination fee:

 

Via the iD Mobile App or Online Account

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or go to my.idmobile.co.uk and log in.
  2. Go to your Account / Plan section.
  3. Look for “Leave iD” or “Cancel my plan”.
  4. There should be an option to “Calculate leaving cost” or show your estimated final bill, including any early termination or remaining charges.

This section should show:

  • Outstanding charges up to disconnection.
  • Any early termination fee if you’re still in your minimum contract period.

 

Alternative: Text to Check Charge Quickly

If you don’t want to cancel immediately but want to see if there’s a charge and how much, you can:

  • Text INFO followed by your date of birth (DDMMYY) to 85075 from your iD Mobile number.
  • You’ll receive a text back with an estimate of any final charges, including early exit fees.

 

The final cost typically includes:

  • Remaining monthly line rental charges up to your contract end.
  • Any out-of-plan usage or extra charges.
  • Your early termination fee (if still in contract).

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.
