i want to stop my plan and change network as this network doesnt help you with anything when im paying them every month for a simcard and not being able to use it

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re thinking of leaving iD Mobile. We’d love the chance to keep you as one of our loyal customers, but of course, we respect your decision. If you’d like to proceed with cancellation, here are your options:

 

1. App or Website 

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account on our website.
  • Go to the 'Plan' or 'My Account' section.
  • Select 'Manage my plan' or 'Thinking of leaving?'
  • Choose 'End my plan' or 'Cancel my iD plan' and follow the prompts.

 

2. Live Chat

 

3. Text (for switching networks)

  • To keep your number: Text PAC and your date of birth (e.g., PAC 11/04/1990) to 65075 to receive your PAC code.
  • To get a new number: Text STAC and your date of birth to 75075.
  • Give this code to your new network provider, and they will handle the switch and cancellation for you.

 

Important Considerations

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 30 days' notice is required.
  • Early Termination Fees: If you’re still in your minimum contract term, you may be charged an early cancellation fee (remaining monthly costs).
  • Final Bill: Keep your Direct Debit active; your final bill will include line rental up to the end date, any out-of-plan charges, and fees.
