incoming calls unable to connect

I have been told numerous times by numerous friends and relatives that when trying to call my iD mobile number, they are told that you are unable to connect them. I have no trouble receiving their calls on my TalkTalk land line or calling them back from my iD mobile phone. This is becoming a nuisance and I am very concerned that my recent porting over to iD Mobile sim only has been a BIG MISTAKE. Can someone at iD mobile or THREE please sort it out before I decide to leave iD Mobile.

Hey there @littlelinda, we’re sorry to hear that.

When did this issue begin please?

    What phone do you have?

When you go into phone settings, is your correct phone number showing?

Can you make calls, and do texts and data work okay?

    Thanks,

    Tyler

I have a similar problem. I had been with Three for many years and have noticed that landlines and non Three numbers are getting an engaged tone, or uncontactable tone when they try and call me. I spoke to someone in a Three shop last week who replaced my sim card. No improvement. I tried swapping the sim card with my wife and my phone is working perfectly, however hers wouldn't accept non Three calls so we swapped the sims back.

I can send and receive texts, data is working fine and I can make calls.

Because the new Three sim was not working I've signed up to ID. Same problem.

Hi there @Scoop, sorry to hear that. At iD Mobile, we use Three UK’s network, so if you had problems with Three before joining us, it’s likely the same issues are occurring because of that I’m afraid.

    What phone do you have?

    Thanks,

    Tyler

I've got a Redmi 13 pro. I swapped sims with my wife's phone (Samsung flip 3) and her phone wouldn't accept incoming calls but mine did so I'm guessing it's not the phone.

The correct phone number is showing, I did try to edit the number (take the +44 off and replace it with a zero) but the phone has auto corrected that.

I can make calls, texts are no problem, data is fine, WhatsApp works perfectly on text and phone, it's the only way my daughter can phone me!

I've just been into settings, about phone, detailed info and specs, status, sim status and one of the lines says mobile network state is disconnected. Could that be the problem and how do I change it?
