Invalid PAC code?

Hello,

I requested a PAC code 2 weeks ago but when I try to use the code with my new network it says it is invalid or expired. It should not expire for another 2 weeks and the switch date is before the stated expiry date. Please can I be issued with a fresh PAC code which expires 1 month from today.
