Just Cannot keep forgiving this 'provider'...

Does anyone know how to leave ID Mobile?

I've been with them since practically their very beginning but the service is now SO bad and they're so difficult to get in touch with (&they never return calls like they say thry will) and they won't deal with any of many new faults on the Service and I just can't keep missing phone calls from people

(always a really important phone calls like

medical or money and never spam!)

 

I want to keep my number and I want to pay off my handset and just get out of here but how?🤷‍♂️

I've now been told, over typically intermittent phone call, then I just have to wait for service to be resumed properly and there's no indication of when that could be. If I want to go to a working phone from a provider then I have to pay extra to leave my account even though I wasn't at fault!
