I have tried the cancel the plan and I still have not got a cancellation email. I have cancelled the direct debit. Can someone confirm I do not have any account or anything with you please and thanks

How is it you’ve tried cancelling your plan? Are you cancelling a new order or a plan you’ve had for a while?

 

Cancelling direct debit is not a cancellation of an account.
