leave contract early charge

Hi I’m looking to change network providers because my signal is terrible at home and work and many other places, this is causing great difficulties in getting good standard use out of my phone. Will I be charged if I leave my contract early - it’s up in October 2026.

    Yes, if you cancel your contract before it reaches its minimum term in October 2026, you'll be subject to an early termination fee.

    Before considering cancellation, could you please confirm whether you've already reported your coverage issues to iD Mobile and whether the matter has been escalated to our Technical Team for investigation?

    I haven’t reported it, I just put it down to poor signal. How can I report it
