I have 3 eSIMs and I just want to cancel one. I cant do it via the app as it wants to send me a code to put into my phone but I dont have a phone anymore.

Just want to cancel this please!!!!

I have tried this but the chat bot keeps failing and doesnt understand what I want to do. This is so frustrating. I just want to talk to someone who isnt a robot. I will cancel all three is this is the case
