leaving cost increasing advice

Hello,

 

I have requested a leaving cost calculation on 7th Jan. It said final bill would be £73.49 when I have gone to request it again today it says it will be £97.13

 

does anyone know why this is please?

    Thank you for your message.

    The final bill amount can change between requests because your account may still be accruing charges (such as daily usage, out-of-bundle charges, or additional fees) until the account is fully closed. This means the amount you see on the leaving cost calculation can increase if any extra charges have been added since the last calculation.
