I want to leave I'd at the end of my plan which I think is 20/11/26.

How do I do this without any charges and how do I notify you? Do I simply request a PAC code?

Hi @StevieJane,

Yes, if you'd like to leave iD Mobile and keep your number, requesting a PAC code is the easiest way to do this.

We'd recommend requesting your PAC code now and then giving it to your new network provider on 19/11/2026, the day before your contract ends. This should allow the number transfer to complete on 20/11/2026, meaning your iD Mobile plan will disconnect without any additional charges.

To request a PAC code:

Sign in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
Go to Account.
Select Switching or Leave iD Mobile.
Choose Request PAC Code.
Make a note of the PAC code provided.
Give the PAC code to your new network provider when you're ready to switch.

Once the transfer completes, your iD Mobile account will close automatically, so there's no need to give separate notice.
