Leaving ID mobile

I have seen a better deal for ID mobile, which is better than the upgrade offer I have been given. Can I cancel my current ID mobile contract and take out a new ID mobile contract on the better deal?

Thanks for your post.

If you've seen a better iD Mobile deal elsewhere, it's important to be aware that iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between iD Mobile accounts.

This means that if you cancel your current iD Mobile contract and take out a new iD Mobile contract, you wouldn't be able to move your existing iD Mobile number onto the new plan.

The new contract would come with a new number, and you'd either:

Need to use the new number, or
End up with two plans during the transition.

The only ways to keep your existing iD Mobile number are:

Upgrading your current plan, or
Transferring your number to or from another network.
