This company is utterly vile!     Do they make it easy to leave?   Do they hell!.     I was going to stay after my contract but tried to move to pay as you go.    What a shtshow,   You will never get me as a customer again.   As for your AI help lol,   fckn bin that crap!    I wanted a number to speak to a human!    You’ve lost me now!    I’m moving to giffgaff I’ve no idea how much you lot are going to extort and I do not care!   Never again would I use such a poor company!
