I moved to ID mobile with the belief that it included WiFi calling. I live in a remote area and the signal is not good inside our house so needed WiFi calling. WiFi calling doesn't seem to have worked at all since moving to ID mobile even after doing all the resets etc that are suggested in the forums. This makes the network unusable when I'm at home. Am I able to cancel penalty free as the network is unusable for me at home
