my number did not port correctly. cant receieve calls

Number port started today moving to ee network, but currently cannot receive calls on ee. But I can make them. Data working ok. My old network is still working id mobile. For all services. Any ideas how to make incoming calls work on ee?

This sounds like a porting in-progress issue, and what you’re experiencing is actually quite common during the transfer window.
 

Here’s what you can try:

First, restart both phones (if you still have the iD Mobile SIM in another device). Then restart the EE phone again, this forces the network to refresh routing.

 

Next, check:

You are using the EE SIM as the primary line for calls
iD Mobile SIM is removed or switched off if still active in another device

Because your iD SIM is still working, it strongly suggests the port is mid-transfer, and incoming calls are still being routed to the old network.
 

Important:

Porting can take a few hours (sometimes up to 24 hours) to fully complete
During this time, outgoing calls/data may work before incoming calls fully switch over
 

If it’s still not working after a few hours, It may need EE or iD Mobile to finalise the port on the backend
