. My phone has now stopped being able to send or receive messages so I can't get PAC code.

I have been requested PAC cide many times and been advised that i will receive it within 30 minutes on my email but i received nothing also . My phone has now stopped being able to send or receive messages so I can't get PAC code.

A PAC code will always be delivered via SMS to your phone so that is why you have not been able to receive one,  they are never sent by email.

Do you know why your phone has stopped receiving messages? You won’t be disconnected from your current network until a PAC code is redeemed with the new one and the swap over has happened.
 

Your best bet is to contact the Live Chat via this link (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) to discuss being supplied with one via the chat:-

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
