Live chat is sending me in circles with no agents available. I tried to switch my contract but have somehow ended up with two sims / plans. I need to cancel urgently but cannot get in touch with any customer support at all,

    I need to cancel the new plan as it’s not needed, and I have now managed to switch my existing plan to a cheaper one
