No invoice following my upgrade

I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the live chat and customer support at ID. Its three weeks and counting and still no invoice REQUIRED by Samsung as part of the cashback offer. I’ve contacted ID three times now and first told would receive within 14 days, when not received it would be sent directly, still NOTHING!! Seems you advertise terms which cannot be accessed…..
