No invoice following my upgrade

I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the live chat and customer support at ID. Its three weeks and counting and still no invoice REQUIRED by Samsung as part of the cashback offer. I’ve contacted ID three times now and first told would receive within 14 days, when not received it would be sent directly, still NOTHING!! Seems you advertise terms which cannot be accessed…..

As you have tried the Live Chat then your other option is to speak to someone in the Sales team:-
 

The iD Mobile sales team can be reached by phone at 020 7139 1397. 
Their operating hours are between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday

’m really sorry for the frustration this delay has caused, I completely understand how stressful this must be, especially with the Samsung cashback deadline. 

As you’ve already tried live chat, the best way to get your invoice quickly is to contact our Sales Team directly. They can look into your account and send the required invoice for the cashback.

Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
 

If needed, for the Samsung cashback, you can also submit:

A screenshot of your iD Mobile account showing your device purchase

The order confirmation email from iD Mobile
 

Any bank statement showing the payment
