Have you checked your sim card is installed correctly? 

Please check the IDMOBILE coverage and network status checker with the full post code, more so the network status checker as this will state and on-going work or issues.

With ID Mobile for 18 months , sim card installed ,properly,  post code net work coverage checked , still no coverage outside .
