Question

no service anywhere, any android device

My I've had poor mobile internet for weeks, now I'm getting 'no service' for telephony, even when there is mobile internet. I tried it in multiple large towns in Devon and Surrey and it's the same. I swapped the SIM card from Samsung A16 back to Oneplus 6 and still no service. I tried network reset, the same, I tried rebooting phones, the same. I'm ready to ditch ID any minute. Can this be fixed?

Hi @saxtonas

Thank you for getting in touch.

We are sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with the service.

Can you please provide some example postcodes of where you experience problems and if you are using 4G or 5G.

Thanks

Natalie

Thank you

When checking the postcodes, this is what we are advised.

There is, at times, heavy usage in this local area. As a result, you may experience varying data speeds depending on how many customers are connecting to our network via your closest mast.

We’re always working to improve our network and aim to provide the best experience possible.

That does not resolve the problem. It cannot be true that every postcode i visit, at any time of day, is experiencing high volumes. Is there a solution to my issues? Should I stay with ID or leave to get a better service?

Hi @saxtonas, I am so sorry for what you are experiencing. Upon checking the coverage at EX391UY I can confirm that it is Excellent Outdoor and Good Indoor on 4G. Meaning that you should be able to use your services, kindly try to rest your network settings and try the sim on another device.
