Let’s go through a few steps that usually help resolve this:

1. Check voicemail notification settings
Make sure voicemail notifications are enabled in your phone’s call settings
Also check that notifications are allowed for your Phone/Calls app
2. Reset voicemail setup

Even though you’ve already set it up, it can help to refresh it:

Call 123 from your iD Mobile SIM
Follow the prompts to re-record your greeting and confirm setup is complete
3. Restart your phone
Turn your device off and back on to refresh the network connection
4. Check network signal
Ensure you have stable signal when testing voicemail notifications, as delays can happen on weak coverage
5. Update carrier settings (if prompted)
If your phone shows a carrier update, please install it
