noise when on calls

Every time I make a call or receive a call some noise occurs like a screeching or whining sound. I am having troubles with this and please can this be resolved, if I need a new sim or I would like to cancel my contract as this has been going on from the moment I have joined id mobile. I have not had this issue before. 
 

I tried a family members SIM card so it’s not the phone, I’ve tried resetting and airplane mode etc. tried a full restart. 
 

not sure what else I can do?

    I understand how frustrating it must be to hear a screeching or whining noise during calls, especially as this appears to have been happening since you joined iD Mobile.

    I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've already taken, including testing a family member's SIM card, restarting your device, using Airplane Mode, and resetting your network connection. Please confirm if you have tried our sim card to another phone if yes, please confirm what error message you are getting.
