Iam still within my cooling off period and trying to cancel, terrible network quality and data speeds. But they want to charge me termination fees. Ridiculous.
The customer service team is definitely not in UK and seems like everytime i heard an african accent and the whole floor can be heard through whoever is speaking and they dont seem to understand..
Will have to pursue this probably through Ombudsman as the contreact papers and what iam being told is different
