I now requesting my pac code BUT  I can’t receive one because I have no signal to receive the text message!

Hi @Jesminara ,

I’m really sorry to hear about the signal issues you’ve been experiencing and how frustrating this has been for you. I completely understand why you’d want this resolved quickly.

I can also appreciate why you’re asking for your PAC code directly, especially if you can’t receive texts due to no signal.

Just to clarify, PAC codes are generated and issued securely via SMS or through your account for data protection reason, so we’re unable to send them via private message inbox.

However, you still have a few options to get your PAC code without needing to rely on mobile signal:

• Log in to your iD Mobile account (website or app) and request your PAC there
• Call 789 from your iD Mobile handset (if you get any signal at all briefly)
• Call 0333 003 7777 from another phone to request your PAC manually
• You can also text “PAC” to 65075 (if any signal briefly connects, even intermittently, this may still go through)

I’m really sorry again for the ongoing signal problems, that’s not the experience we want for you. If you decide to leave, we’ll make sure the process is as smooth as possible once your PAC is issued.
