PAC CODE ERROR CANNOT RECIEVE PAC CODE

I have tried sendingong text to 65075 I've tried live chat but I keep getting the same email sent over and over again stating I cannot have a new PAC code code and to use the previous one given Ive checked all emails and spam there is no PAC code on any of them

I've tried every combination of PAC and 170846 and am still getting error messages.

 

Tried getting a result using the app...failure.

 

Spent 90 minutes so far. Why is d of birth needed.
