Pac code Request not working

Hi can some one help me I’m requesting a pac code but it’s not giving me one it’s coming up with an error even when I try via text request and on the app can some one get my pac for me please

PAC not working, I have changed my ID package to SIM only. Text PAC and other means not working. I want my old number but seems I'd mobile are not very forth coming on pac
