We have two phones on same contract. We are wanting to leave. I have the Pac code for my phone being the account holder, how do I get the pac code for the other phone as my wife has texted pac to 65075 and it won't send?

    Hi @Mwatson100.

Thank you for your post. If both phones are on the same account under a single contract, there will only be one PAC code covering the account, which is the one you've already received as the account holder.

However, if your wife's number is on a separate contract, she'll need to contact us directly so we can generate a PAC code for her.

Your wife can reach us on: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
