Please advise on when I am likely to receive my £50 curry's gift card

I upgraded to the Pixel 10a on the 11th June. Part of the reason why I chose ID Mobile was the offer of the £50 curry’s giftcard.

I have not yet received this - please advise as to when this is expected.

Hi @TheEarl,

Thanks for your post.

Gift cards associated with promotional offers are usually issued around 120 days after joining or upgrading, provided all of the offer terms and conditions have been met.

As you upgraded on 11th June, it may still be a little early for the gift card to be sent.

If more than 120 days have passed and you still haven't received it, please let us know so that this can be investigated.

@TheEarl can I ask if the gift card was shown on your order confirmation you received via email after upgrading to the Google Pixel 10a? I chose this deal because of the gift card but it isn't showing up anywhere and ID mobile are questioning the offer as I don't have evidence of it.
