Thanks for your post. We only offer three cancellation methods:

Cancel with a STAC code to cancel immediately without keeping your number. You’ll need to provide the STAC code to another network (not iD Mobile). If you don’t use the STAC code with a different provider, your account will stay active. Please don’t choose this option if you can’t provide the STAC code to another provider.

Cancel with a PAC code to transfer your number to a different network.

30‑day disconnection, where you continue using the service until the contract disconnects after 30 days.
