Hi, I’m currently an iD Mobile customer and I would prefer to stay with iD rather than move to another network.

However, giffgaff is currently offering me unlimited data for £14 per month, and I’m considering switching because this is significantly better value for me.

Before I switch, could you please check whether iD Mobile can match the £14 per month price for an unlimited data plan, or offer me an equivalent retention deal?

I’m happy to remain with iD if you can offer me a competitive unlimited-data price. Otherwise, I will unfortunately need to switch to giffgaff.

I would appreciate it if someone could check what retention or loyalty offers are available on my account. Thank you.
