Returning my phone

I want to confirm before I send my phone to you that my contract will be terminated within the cooling period.

I had a chat with someone and they advised just to return the phone.

If you’re returning the phone within the cooling-off period and have already been advised by the team to proceed with the return, the return would normally trigger the cancellation process for the agreement once the device has been received and processed.

 

We’d recommend keeping hold of any proof of return and tracking information until everything has completed.

 

Once the return has been processed, any applicable contract cancellation would then be completed in line with the return request raised.
