No you keep your phone as long you paid the full contract

What if I decide to leave early because my contract ends in September 2026 but im looking to leave now 

Not sure I think you would have to pay the balance left on your contract, only an id mobile person could tell you for definite, I've only just joined the online community chat so I couldn't really help you on that question

Thank you for your post.

If you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the minimum term, you can do so. Please note that an early termination fee will apply.

You won't need to return the phone, as it is yours to keep. Once the early termination fee has been paid, your contract will be cancelled.
