Roll over shpuld continue to all months

I took out my contract based on the fact that my data rolls over to the following months - come to my surprise when I learnt today that it’s only carried to the following month and not thereafter. How ridiculous. What if month 1 and 2 I don’t use my data but month 3 and 4 is extremely busy an I need way more than I have. I think ID needs to look at this - had I’d known I would have take. Out this contract!

I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the data rollover feature, and I understand why this would be frustrating.

 

Please note that with iD Mobile, unused data is carried over to the following month only, and it will expire if it is not used within that period. This is part of the plan terms and conditions.

I appreciate that you feel this was not clear at the time of taking out your contract, and I will make sure your feedback is passed on to the relevant team for review.
