Hi I cannot get an answer to my problem only been with you 2 weeks but I am on one month SIM  how and when do j ask to leave please

    It's a shame as I do like idmobile but trying to get answer about using RCS chat messages with emojis one agent tells you one thing another so I'm uoset

    .I know they charge for emojis bon SMS text.

    But I was told I could use them on RCS CHAT  messages gree

    RCS is only available between Android devices on iD Mobile. Android to Apple or Apple to Android messages are sent as MMS and therefore incur a charge.

    Hi there my phone is Android vsi does that mean it's ok,!  In a pensioner and really worried that I've incurred charges for sending texts to my family with emojis.  But I carried on as one if the idmobile agents on the telephone said I could send texts by RCS CHAT with emojis and wouldn't be charged.

    I just need to know if that is correct as I'm scared I've run up a huge bill in 2 weeks.

    I didn't know I couldn't send emojis with idmobile  free
