I purchased a new phone 2 weeks ago with ID mobile and have been using the phone for less than 10 days. I had a notification to say I have gone over my 10gb data and that I would be charged £10 on my next bill. I was with another provider for 5 years with 3gb of data that i never once went over on… I can’t seem to contact anyone at ID mobile to get this resolved as the only line of contact is the live chat and that is down and no one is responding on messenger. If I knew the customer service was as bad as this I would never have taken out the phone! I would like to cancel my contact and return my device. How do I go about this?
