Trade up Team still waiting for my money after 3 months

Don't be fooled by the Trade up Team giving you your money for you old phone.

I have been waiting for over 3 months now. And after countless emails and calls and even raising a complaint Still NOTHING!! 

all I get is lip service and saying they will send it to the back office. And my money will arrive in 3 to 5 days.

What a load of rubbish it never happens. Does the back office really exist! Who knows.

Take my advice and done use the trade up service!!

You and currys need to talk to each other!!

What the hell is going on. Very dissatisfied with your company and will not recommend any using your trade in service. Again still no help !!!

Just lip service. 

Why don't you flag this up to your head office.

Or is that to hard
