Transferring to Android from iOS
Want to transfer my eSIM from my iPhone to my new Samsung but it doesn’t allow me to…how do I get in touch with customer services?

An eSIM cannot be transferred directly from an iPhone to a Samsung device, so you’ll need to request a new eSIM for your Samsung phone.
