I'm trying to cancel an account set up for an employee who has now left - I have the phone and password but it says name etc doesn't match. Direct Debit cancelled as phone no longer in use or needed

id Mobile doesn’t support business use; it’s for personal customers only.

As ​@Geluk mentioned, iD Mobile plans are for personal use only and not business use. The account holder is the only person who can cancel the account. Who purchased the plan?
