Trying to cancel new account!

Trying to escape from an ID mobile account trap! After an unpleasant account opening where I supplied a PAC and DD details but was then asked to provide identification pics. Never happened with other providers so tried to cancel and get a new PAC and seek a new service. Customer compaints no help Now sitting with no phone service and no PAC. They are asking me for identification to cancel the contract!
