Trying to leave....omg

I'm trying to leave or cancel an account with ID.

Started the process last month and was advised there would be a 15.99 bill to pay. Fine by me. No problem. The number though is still pending disconnection and yet I get my dd notice of 31.99 being due in a couple of weeks As far as I'm concerned I've followed all steps correctly and just can't get any sense of it all and live chat takes an age.

Any advice please

Hi.

Have now left and been disconnected but now I'm owed some money. I cancelled the direct debit after my last payment so how do I get my refund?
