Unable to dpeak to anyone to cancel my contract

I started a contract 7 days ago and started trying to contact you 6 days ago with no success every live chat has ended with being told the systems are down try again in 1 hour. I have tried 4 times now. 
I have screenshots of the conversations all on different days, the customer service is so bad I would not recommend ID mobile.
