unable to receive calls, no imessage and no facetime

Received iphone 17 pro a week ago. Ported from EE today and received activation text. EE ESim worked perfectly on the phone.

I am Unable to receive calls or use imessage or facetime. Carried out all online steps, had online chats with at least five operators over two hours and stlll no sucess. I can send and receive texts and make calls over mobile network and wifi calling.

Looks like i will be cancelling in the morning.
