Unlock Iphone when leaving ID

iPhone 7 bought new a long time ago from a shop. I think was with 3 Sim only then swapped to ID. 
now swapping to Lebara but says Network provider lock- SIM locked

how so I unlock it?

    Hi ​@JMum,

     

    If the iPhone was originally purchased from iD Mobile, it's worth noting that iD Mobile does not network lock its devices, so we wouldn't be able to unlock it.

     

    To check which network the phone may be locked to:

    On iPhone

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Tap General.
    3. Select About.
    4. Scroll down to Network Provider Lock.

     

    If it says "No SIM restrictions", the phone is unlocked.

     

    If it shows that the device is locked, you'll need to contact the network that originally locked it and request an unlock.

     

    As the phone was used with Three before moving to iD Mobile, it may be worth contacting Three first to check whether the handset is linked to them.
