Question

Why is how to leave so ambiguous?

  1. I have paid 23/24 payments (exc. initial payment). Why I still have to pay 2 more based on the calculation ID mobile demo in case I leave?
  2. If the 24 month contract expires, can someone confirm I do not need to give 30 day notice? I can just switch to another supplier using PAC and charged only to the day I switch?

Hi @Random user

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

The amount payable when leaving depends on the exact date your contract ends, your billing cycle, and whether there are any remaining line rental charges or usage charges to be billed. This is why the estimated amount shown may appear different from the number of payments you believe remain.

Kindly note that once your minimum contract term has ended, your account will remain active and continue to be billed as normal on a rolling monthly basis until a disconnection request is made.

If you wish to disconnect your account and do not intend to transfer your number to another network using a PAC code, you will need to contact us and provide 30 days' notice. Your service will remain active during this notice period, and charges will continue to apply until the disconnection is completed.

Thank you,
