work sim msternity leave query

I am going on leave shortly and have got my work sim through ID. Is there a way I can pause my plan so I am not charged but can keep the same number for 9 months? Or am I best just to leave and get a new one when I come back?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a “pause” option on plans, so your current plan will continue to be charged even if you’re not using it. If you want to keep your number, the best option would be to keep the plan active.

If you don’t mind getting a new number when you return, you could cancel the current plan and set up a new one later, but you would lose your existing number.

Thank you very much for the info. Is there a way I can talk to someone about this or do I just do it all through the app?
