This has to be the worst Service I’ve ever experienced!!

After many many years of being a loyal customer; once they had called me into a long-term contract, I can’t back out Of without penalty, that’s when the Service gets dreadful and there’s no one who will speak to me about it either online or on the phone

Is there any way I can back out of this stupid contract or at least stop it from re-enacting without them Also hurting my credit rating as well?
