We know how important it is to get your pre-paid postage bag so you can send your old phone back to us to trade-in. Due to delays with Royal Mail, it can take up to 10 working days for your bag to arrive:
It’s been more than 10 working days. What should I do?
If it’s been longer than this and you still haven’t received it, don’t worry. Since our trade-in service is provided by our sister company Currys, you’ll need to reach out to them. Simply give them a call on 0370 111 6565, and they’ll send you a replacement bag. You can also email them at TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk, and they’ll get one out to you straight away.
