My trade-in pre-paid postage bag hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

We know how important it is to get your pre-paid postage bag so you can send your old phone back to us to trade-in. Due to delays with Royal Mail, it can take up to 10 working days for your bag to arrive:

 

It has been more than 10 working days. What should I do?

 

If you still haven’t received your bag after 10 working days, you will need to contact our trade-in partner, Currys.

You can request a replacement bag using the contact details below:

Don't worry about the delay affecting your trade-in value. All quoted prices will be honoured despite the postage disruption.
