How do I check for outages?
To view any ongoing maintenance or outages:
- Open the Network Status Checker.
- Enter your postcode.
- Tap Check network status.
No outages found?
If the status checker says everything is working normally but you still have no signal, you might be in a location with poor coverage (like a rural area or a thick-walled building).
