How do I view my remaining allowances?

Want to know how much data you have left for the month? It only takes a few seconds to check your remaining data, minutes, and texts.

 

Using the iD Mobile app.

 

The quickest way to check is via the iD Mobile app or online at my.idmobile.co.uk. Not registered yet? Click here to get set up.

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap Home (if you aren’t there already).

  1. Swipe left or right on the cards at the top to see your remaining Data, Minutes, and Texts.

 

Using our automated telephone service.

 

Prefer to call? You can hear your balance by dialing our automated line:

  1. Dial 7777 from your iD Mobile SIM (free) or 0333 003 7777 from any other phone (standard rates apply).
  2. Select Option 1.
  3. Select Option 1 again.
  4. Listen to your remaining allowances.
